Joseph Kieyah

Dr. Kieyah graduated in 2003 from the University of Connecticut with a PhD in Economics. In 2004, he received a JD degree with a focus on International Law from the University of Iowa, College of Law. While in law school, he taught intermediate microeconomics and law and economics in the Economics Department. His interdisciplinary research interest is in law and the economics of Africa’s development, focusing on land reforms, judicial corruption and international law. He has published articles in the American Law and Economic Review and the Journal of Comparative Economics.
